Elevated village apartments

An apartment higher up in the village may have a sea view without a direct or level route to the beach. Bellamont Road listings should be assessed by their actual map pin and entrance, rather than treated as interchangeable with South Beach Road accommodation. Ask about the walk, gradients and parking.

Sibaya estate rentals

For OceanDune and other estate rentals, verify which facilities your booking includes. Check the route to Marine Walk and the beach; being in the wider Sibaya area does not establish a particular walking distance.
