What is not
No developer, architect, completion date or sales count is published. The block does not show up on Property24’s Selection Beach page, and Pam Golding’s development listings return nothing for Umdloti. Either the units have sold, or they are being marketed through a single agency, or the Gated Estates listing has outlived the sales campaign. This page says unconfirmed until a transfer record or a live agency listing settles it.
Where it sits in the market
