The Room is a modern French bistro from the Tightline group, the people behind Tightline elsewhere in the centre. It has been trading since March 2026, downstairs at Marine Walk Shopping Centre in the Salta Sibaya precinct.
Its own page lists refined bistro food, signature sandwiches, handmade pastas and premium cuts. To drink there are cocktails and wines, and there’s a caviar service and private dining on request.
It’s open daily from 12:00 to 22:00, according to both its own page and the Tightline contact page.
There’s no confirmed shop number, so head downstairs and look for it there. Prices sit in the upper band. Call ahead to check current prices and confirm before you visit.
La Casa Nostra and Tyler’s are also at Marine Walk. The Sibaya precinct page covers the wider area.
